Masimo - Root with Capnography

The Root patient monitoring and connectivity platform is expandable with the ISA CO2 module for your capnography monitoring needs

  • Displays end-tidal carbon dioxide (EtCO2) waveform and measurements and trends of EtCO2, fractional concentration of inspired carbon dioxide (FiCO2), and respiration rate (RR)
  • Indicated for monitoring infant, pediatric, or adult patients in a range of hospital environments including the OR, ICU, and medical-surgical units
  • Requires minimal warm-up time
  • Easy to maintain with automatic calibration performed at startup and once every 24 hours
  • Designed for low tidal volumes with high breath rates for a wide range of clinical applications
  • External module enables easy transfer between Root monitors

NomoLine?–No moisture sampling lines and non-proprietary cannulas

  • Reduces disposable costs through:
    • Extended monitoring time in low- and high-humidity environments
    • Use of non-proprietary cannulas
  • Innovative design eliminates the need for a water trap
  • Patented design allows water in the sampling line to evaporate into the surrounding air, while leaving oxygen, carbon dioxide, and anesthetic gases unaffected
  • Hydrophobic bacteria filter protects the ISA module from bacteria and water intrusion to maintain continuous performance
